In order for our customers to receive their product in the shortest time possible, we process orders as soon as received. Therefor, we are not able to change, cancel, add items, or combine shipping once it has processed. All orders are shipped via UPS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. You will receive an order conformation e-mail once your order has been transmitted. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when the product is shipped. How long will it take to receive my order? We will make every effort possible to get your product to you within 3-7 business days upon receipt. PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season, our order processing time may increase due to the backups at UPS. At Live The Country Life, your satisfaction with our products are always guaranteed. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Therefore, we want to make this process as easy for the customer as possible. Please follow the instructions below: Returns must be received back within 20 days of arrival for a refund/ or exchange. All merchandise must be in original condition unworn, undamaged, and all labels still intact. Please include original packing slip in return package if available. Complete the return form on the back of the packing slip. What’s the difference from purchasing a 100% cotton pre-shrunk shirt or purchasing a 100% ring spun cotton pre-shrunk shirt? The 100% cotton pre-shrunk shirt is comfortable and relatively thick. Ring spun cotton makes the t-shirt feel much softer to the touch and are stronger. Both are a good choice for people who wear t-shirts 24/7 and want to look good and feel comfortable. What are the steps to be taken for first time purchase? Step 1:Find a Country Life product you would like to purchase and click on item Step 2: Choose which size, color, and quantity of product. Step 3: Click link that says ‘Add To Cart’ Step 4: Once done shopping, move cursor over the store button and select ‘Checkout’ Step 5: In check out, fill out all information needed, review order, and hit button that says ‘Purchase’ What is a CVV? For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the card code is the last 3 digit number located on the back of your card on or above your signature line. For an American Express card, it is the 4 digits on the FRONT above the end of your card number. |
